Miton flags rich missed mines in Europe

"If the top 10 holdings are a selection of the largest companies, then an investor might just as well buy a tracker fund."

Andrew Herberts, head of private investment at Thomas Miller Investments, said he is keen on European equities right now because "when the whole world is growing, the thing to do is buy the cheapest market."

Minesh Patel, adviser at EAF Solutions in London, said he likes European equities because they are cheaper than those of many other developed markets, which makes them a more attractive investment for him, though he doesnt view any developed equity market as being very cheap.
